Document and Print management
Partners

Educate - Empower - Implement

We believe it’s good to talk and encourage our partners to get us involved any time they wish. To make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible we can provide assistance in the three key areas.

1. We train

We train our channel. Be it at their premises or onsite with them at a customer the learning never ends. As our sales team is eager to tell us – every day is a school day. Building product knowledge and confidence play an important role when creating an engaged channel partner.

2. We consult

Two heads are better than one, and it is far easier to set expectations before, remember, we only get one shot at a first impression. If a solution is not working as intended “out of the box” or after a POC phase, then it can leave a negative impression on the end users mind, and it can be tough to win that confidence back.

3. We install

Having helped plan the integration we are more than happy to get involved on the ground as well. Be it clicking all the buttons and providing end user training or simply lending a helping hand.
